Meet the Winners
Even better, come meet the artists and see this fabulous art for yourself. We’re thrilled that many of the shortlisted Lumen artists will be flying in from far-flung locations to be with us at the Winners’ Gala on September 29th. The event kicks off the 2016/17 Global Tour with 2 days packed full of events at London’s trendy Hackney House.
The top floor of Hackney House will be taken over by the Lumen Prize exhibition for the 29th and 30th, giving you the chance to delve into the worlds of gaming, VR, interactive, moving image, and so much more.

6pm-8pm, Sept 29th. The 2016 Lumen Winners’ Gala
The winners’ of this years Lumen Prize will be announced with prizes presented by top curators, Lumen Jury Panel members and past winners followed by a BBQ supplied by the wonderful Canababes.

3pm until Late, Sept 30th. Lumen Presents #HackersvsMrRobot
Come along, borrow a headset and enjoy a new immersive visual experience that you’ll never forget. Have a go with Google’s Tilt Brush or Microsoft’s Hololens, learn about the immersive arts at a panel discussion with artists and leaders in the field, including our partners at PsychFi.
Then stay for an evening of music and visuals with highly renowned VJ Sagburg kicking off the night. The Edinburgh-based musician Hostel Freaks and Hackney House DJ residents TwoSixtySix will also be bringing music crafted especially for the event.
