Want to have your work exhibited at Bristol’s central arts hub, The Station? This is your chance. No matter the artform, we’re putting it out there for young artists to have a chance to exhibit. If you’re between 16-25, submit your application now and become part of the visual arts scene of Bristol.

The 2016 Open Call Exhibition takes place during the month of November, with your work being displayed across Bristol. You’ll also get a chance to sell your digital work.
The Open call is open to all visual artists practicing in: installation, painting, print making, film, sound, performance, illustration, digital arts and sculpture.
Please be aware that there are some limitations to the gallery spaces and should work need technical support or equipment your applications should mention that and what’s needed.
Digital copies of the work exhibited will be available to order online and buy during the exhibition providing artists with an income for any prints sold.
To submit your work for consideration to be exhibited please provide a covering letter telling us about yourself, your work and why you’d like to exhibit. Also include documentation of the work you’d like to exhibit including measurements – if your work is yet to be made please provide scanned sketches and/or a thorough description of the work. Also please be aware of the dates below if you are planning on making work for this.
Should your work be selected for the exhibition you will be expected to get your work ready including framing, printing, mounting and generally finishing off the work ready for the exhibition. Services for framing and printed are available at both PAPER arts and The Island, who are supporting those selected for exhibition. For those submitting 2D work D hooks will need to be secured to the back of the frames ready for hanging.
Exhibiting artists will be expected to deliver and collect their work for the exhibition, and attend an opening party.
