We’re so excited to announce the artists taking part in the third of Caraboo Projects’ Scratch Lab residencies which will run from Monday 18th October- Saturday 23rd October 2021.

The Artists were selected through an open call and they will have a week-long focussed environment to explore ideas, take risks and form connections.

The residency will be hosted at The Gallery space at The Island, Bridewell Street, 1st Floor, Bristol BS1 2QD

We’ll be launching the week with a screening of artists films on Sunday 17th October, starting at 6.30pm.

Following a week of working together in-situ, and visits from Bristol based artists, a private view will be hosted at The Gallery Space on Friday 22nd October 6.00pm-9.00pm. The Gallery will be open to the public to view on Saturday 23rd October between 11.00am-4.00pm.

Tickets to the opening Friday night are limited due to COVID safety so we have split the time into two sections: 6-7.30 and 7.30-9pm. You can book your free ticket in the link to Eventbrite just below.

There will also be 3 free public workshops delivered by the Scratch Lab artists which we’ll be advertising this weekend so keep your eyes peeled.

Scratch Lab is curated by John O’Hare and produced by Jenny Male.
